22 Where shall we buy bread so that these people may eat 6 Now He said this to test him for He Himself knew what He was about to do. 7 Philip answered Him Two hundred denarii worth of bread wouldnt be enough for them so each one of them could have a little. 8 One of His disciples Andrew Peters brother said to Him 9 Theres a little boy here who has five barley loaves and two little fishbut what are they for so many 10 Nevertheless Jesus said Have the men sit down. Now there was plenty of grass in the place. So the men sat down about five thousand in number. 11 Then Jesus took the loaves and after giving thanks He distributed them to the disciples and the disciples distributed them to those who were seated. So too with the fish as much as they wanted. 12 Now when they were full He told His disciples Collect the leftovers so that nothing is wasted. 13 Therefore they collected them and filled twelve baskets with fragments of the five barley loaves that were left over by those who had eaten. 14 Therefore when the men saw the miraculous sign that Jesus had performed they said This man really is the Prophet who was to come into the world Walking on Water 15 Therefore when Jesus knew that they were about to come and take Him by force to make Him king He went away to the mountain by Himself. 16 Now when evening came His disciples went down to the sea 17 and when they got into the boat they started to cross the sea to Capernaum. Darkness had already set in yet Jesus had not come to them. 18 Then a high wind arose and the sea began to churn. 19 So when they had rowed about three or four miles they saw Jesus walking on the sea and coming near the boat.And they were afraid. 20 But He said to them Chapter 6
